Overview Refund and Returns Policy

Our Refund and Returns Policy is effective for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should 30 days elapse since receiving your order, we regret that a full refund or exchange cannot be offered.

To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and in their original condition, complete with original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from returns, including:

Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

Gift cards.
Downloadable software and information products (e.g., eBooks, courses).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your product and will only be issued once the item is returned to us. Refunds are exclusively available for clothing and accessories, excluding regal items.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email of its arrival and the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, please first verify your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as posting may take time, followed by your bank due to processing delays. Should these steps not resolve the issue, please reach out to us.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges solely for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item for the same product, please let us know.

Gifts

If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equivalent to the return value will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, mailed as a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver for later delivery, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be informed of the return.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If refunded, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location. For high-value returns, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance, though we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
